My international tracking number did not update!
We ship our international packages in bulk to a local UPS warehouse - UPS takes it to the border where it goes to customs and headed towards its destination country. At this time there is an alternate tracking number available that will give you the most up to date info. See below how to check your alternate tracking number.
We sometimes see that a couple of days go by before there is a scan -and often there is no action during the weekend. Once it moves you can expect swift handling. Once it leaves the US the actual delivery time depends on incoming customs and local post office handling times - this is out of our control and varies from country to country and time of the year.
Our system automatically send out tracking numbers when we ship out.

Why is my international shipment stuck in Jamaica, NY?
